Chad Mortenson
Mr. Mortenson has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in asbestos abatement. He maintains a flawless record with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as an Asbestos Abatement Project Designer, Supervisor, and Contractor.
He also maintains a zero violation record with OSHA and the EPA. Mr. Mortenson has been responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing abatement activities ranging from large multi- million-dollar commercial abatements to small individual residences.

Howard Schenker
Mr. Schenker is responsible for business operations from a financial standpoint i.e., financials, insurance, legal, regulatory sales, and project management. Mr. Schenker’s expertise lies in the planning and management of the decontamination of methamphetamine affected properties as well as mold.
He has 32 years of experience in construction as director of warranty and quality assurance in high volume areas such as Denver and Chicago.
